  • Files must be PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC or WEBP and no larger than 15 MB (profile pictures: JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 2 MB).
  • A photo of a document is fine if every corner and all text are readable; use good light and avoid glare.
  • If the upload stops half-way on a slow connection, try again on Wi-Fi; nothing partial is kept.
  • If the document is "requested", upload against the request row so it completes it.
