The portal is designed for phones: the menu opens from the icon at the top left, tables scroll sideways (swipe to see all columns), and dialogs open from the bottom. If a page looks broken, reload it; if a form will not submit, check the message under the button. We test every screen at phone width; if something still does not fit, send a screenshot through support and say which phone and browser you use.
