What does it cost to open an account?
Nothing. Opening an account simply creates your room. What we charge for managing your money is written in the agreement you read before you invest, and if you'd like, your relationship manager will walk you through it on a call.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Three different people handle every month's figure. One opens the month, one enters and double checks it, and a director signs it off using a code from their phone. Your statement shows the day it was approved and the day it was paid.
Can I take money out?
Yes. Ask from your room, follow the request as it moves along, and see the decision. When the money goes out, it shows up in your room with its reference number.
What if I change my mind?
Then you close the account. Download your information first if you'd like a copy. We keep what the law says we have to keep, for as long as it says, and nothing more.
