Terms of Service
Version 1 · published Sep 12, 2026
The rules for using the Eagle Altus Capital investor portal.
Draft for review by counsel. This text describes how the portal works today; it is not yet legal advice or a binding contract until Eagle Altus Capital LLC's lawyer has reviewed it.
1. Who we are
Eagle Altus Capital LLC ("Eagle Altus", "we", "us") operates this website and the investor portal (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The Service is intended for professional and accredited investors. Creating an account does not make you an investor and does not commit you or us to any investment; every investment is governed by a separate written investment agreement.
3. Your account
- Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it was compromised.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current. Important details (name, phone, payout details, tax identifier) are changed through a request that we review.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we cannot verify, or that is used for unlawful activity.
4. Applications, verification and decisions
An application is a request to be considered. We verify identity, source of funds and other information as the law and our policies require, and we decide in our sole discretion whether to accept an applicant. We may ask for more evidence at any time.
5. No advice, no guarantee
Nothing on the Service is investment, legal or tax advice. Past figures shown in the portal are records, not forecasts. Returns are not guaranteed and capital is at risk. Read the Risk Disclosure.
6. Money
Funds are sent only to the instructions shown in your portal after your application is approved; confirm them with your relationship manager before sending. Withdrawals and additional investments are requests that we approve under the investment agreement, which may set notice periods and charges.
7. Records
We keep a permanent record of every financial event and every change to it. Records are corrected with a new entry, never deleted.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people's data, probe or overload the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We log security-relevant activity.
9. Availability and changes
We may change or interrupt the Service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may update these terms; when we do, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state to be confirmed by counsel], United States, and disputes are resolved in its courts.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the support form in your portal or the contact form on the website.
