Forgot your password

Steps

1. On the sign-in screen choose Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email address and choose Email me a code. The screen says the same thing whether or not the address has an account; if it does, the email arrives within a minute or two.
3. Open the email. It shows a six digit code. The code works once and expires after 24 hours.
4. Back on the reset page, type the code, then your new password (at least 10 characters) and repeat it. Saving it signs out every other device on your account, so anyone who had your old password is out.
5. You are signed in and land in your room or the control room.

No email?

Check spam and promotions folders, and that you typed the address you registered with. If you have used the code before, ask for a new one with Send a new code. Requests are limited to five per hour per address.

Prefer to keep the old password?

Ignore the email; nothing changes until a code is used with a new password.
